4. Account Creation & Responsibilities

By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Notify us of unauthorized access immediately
  • Accept responsibility for all account activity

The Company is not liable for misuse of login credentials.

5. Product Representation & Availability

6. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

7. Order Acceptance, Fulfilment & Cancellation

Fake COD Orders Policy:

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to account blocking
  • COD restriction for future orders

8. Shipping, Delivery & Logistics

By placing an order, you agree to our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Festivals or holidays
  • Incorrect address

Risk transfers to the customer once handed over to the courier.

9. Return, Replacement & Refund
