We deliver to most pin codes across India through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Xpressbees, and others.
If your pin code is serviceable, available shipping options will automatically appear during checkout.
2. Processing Time
Once you place an order, our team begins processing it immediately.
- Order Processing Time: 1–2 working days
- Processing may take longer during festivals, sales, or high-volume periods
You will receive confirmation via email/SMS once your order is packed and ready to ship.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
- Other Cities: 5–7 working days
- Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 working days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier workload, weather, strikes, or unforeseen delays.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on your order value and delivery location.
- Free Shipping is available on orders above ₹999 (you can change this amount if needed)
- Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment

Once your order is dispatched:

Tracking updates may take a few hours to reflect after dispatch.
6. Delayed Orders
We aim to deliver all orders on time. However, delays may occur due to:
- Courier partner delays
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays or festivals
- Incorrect or incomplete address
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team for assistance.
7. Failed Delivery / Missed Attempts
- Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times
- If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us
In such cases, our team will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
8. Address Errors
Please ensure your address, pin code, and mobile number are accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delivery failures due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Wrong pin code
- Unreachable customer
Address changes can only be made before dispatch.
9. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered:
- Do not accept the parcel
- Record a parcel opening video
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
This helps us resolve issues quickly with courier partners.
10. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
All orders are delivered within India only.
