Return & Replacement Policy

At Vyshikax Technology Private Limited, we strive to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled on our website.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We offer a 7-day return or replacement window from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Size mismatch (where applicable)
  • Product does not match description or images

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Socks
  • Stockings
  • Dupatta
  • Scarf
  • Innerwear and hygiene-sensitive items
  • Products marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

✔ Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
✔ Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
✔ Include all accessories (if applicable)
✔ Pass quality inspection at our warehouse

❌ Returns may be rejected if:

  • Product shows signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery
  • Tags, labels, or packaging are missing
  • Incorrect or unclear images/videos are submitted
  • Return request is raised after 7 days from delivery

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or replacement:

  • Go to My Account → Orders
  • Select your order
  • Click on Request Return / Replace
  • Upload required images/videos (mandatory for damaged items)
  • Submit your request

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.


4. Return Pickup

Once approved:

  • A courier partner will be assigned for pickup
  • Pickup will be attempted up to 2–3 times
  • Product must be securely packed

If reverse pickup is not available in your location, you may be required to self-ship the product.


5. Replacement Policy

Replacements are subject to:

✔ Product availability
✔ Successful quality check

If the product is unavailable, we will offer:

  • Store credit, or
  • Refund as per your preference

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after:

  • The returned product is received at our warehouse
  • The product passes quality inspection

Refund Mode:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method
  • COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer only

Refund Timeline:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
Additional bank processing time may apply.


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

For misuse of COD services (fake orders, refusal to accept delivery), we reserve the right to restrict future COD orders.


8. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Record a full parcel opening video (mandatory)
  • Raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery

This helps us validate claims with courier partners.


9. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

Customers can return the product (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired size or item.
